- Technical education in welding or a related field.
- For our clients, we select employees according to their requirements – employees may have, for example, one year of experience or more than 10 years.
- Hours worked on various projects, including both serial production and individual works.
- Excellent knowledge of various welding techniques, including MIG/MAG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Knowledge of various welding materials such as steel, aluminum, metal alloys, and special alloys.
- Ability to read technical drawings and material specifications.
- Experience in operating various types of welding machines, including MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode welding machines.
- Knowledge and ability to operate auxiliary equipment and tools, such as torches, reducers, and welding wires.
- Efficient preparation of the workplace, including the preparation of materials, tools and gas shields.
- Knowledge and compliance with occupational health and safety standards related to welding.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and superiors.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other specialists such as engineers, technicians and production managers.
- Our employees mainly speak English/Ukrainian/Russian.

Welding School
Having our own plant in Bydgoszcz, we also have our own welding school where we train our employees. Before establishing cooperation with a client, we often train welders to the specifications of a given target plant.
